The Group

Resources. Development. Global Markets.

We develop natural resource opportunities from the ground up — combining local operating expertise, international capital, technical capability and global commercial networks.

Omni Futura Holding Limited is a natural resources holding company headquartered in Hong Kong, with resource interests across South America and Asia. The group is developing a portfolio of polymetallic mines in Bolivia, is preparing its own flotation and leaching plant, and trades iron ore and mineral products — connecting production in resource-rich regions with industrial demand worldwide.

Ideas of Everything — our belief that every resource holds an idea waiting to create value.

Our Business

An integrated natural resources platform

Four connected businesses allow the group to hold, develop, process and commercialise mineral resources — capturing value at every stage between the deposit and the end buyer.

Investment & Development Philosophy

Long-Term Value Through Resource Development

We focus on identifying undervalued or underdeveloped mineral assets and increasing their value through disciplined investment, technical work and commercial execution.

  1. Acquire

Identify and secure interests in prospective, undervalued mineral assets.

  2. Develop

Define the resource and engineer a practical path to production.

  3. Process

Build processing capacity that turns ore into saleable concentrate.

  4. Produce

Operate safely and efficiently with continuous optimisation.

  5. Commercialise

Place product with international buyers on competitive terms.

  • 01
    Strategic investment

Capital deployed where it can unlock the most value.

  • 02
    Local partnerships

Working alongside concession holders and communities.

  • 03
    Technical development

Geology, engineering and metallurgy to international standards.

  • 04
    Processing infrastructure

Capturing the margin that raw ore sales leave behind.

  • 05
    Operational optimisation

Steady improvement in recovery, cost and reliability.

  • 06
    International commercialisation

Direct relationships with buyers and trading partners worldwide.
